Blocks will be confirmed using the AI network, which adds an additional element of decentralisation and security to transaction confirmation.
The remaining 0.1% of the fees will be burned. This will keep the system from being flooded with tokens, regulating the total number of tokens in circulation and encouraging economic sustainability.
