Refund Policy
Refunds for paid products such as Tag Pro registrations.
Tag Pro and other paid digital registrations are generally non-refundable once fulfilled (name reserved / registration completed), except where required by law or when a payment error or technical failure prevented delivery.
If checkout succeeds but fulfillment fails on our side, contact support@platarium.com with the payment reference within 14 days. Chargebacks for completed registrations may result in revocation of the associated tag where technically feasible.
