Terms of Service
Rules for using Platarium websites, APIs, testnet services, and related products.
These Terms govern access to Platarium Network websites (including platarium.com and related domains), APIs, Melancholy testnet services, Tag Pro, wallet connect flows, and other products we operate. By using the services you agree to these Terms.

Services are operated by Platarium Network Ltd, company number 17299320, registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA.
Services & status
Platarium is an evolving open-source network. Public surfaces may include marketing pages, explorers, testnet RPCs, and paid Tag Pro registrations. Testnet assets have no guaranteed monetary value. Features may change, pause, or reset without notice during development.
Accounts & wallets
Wallet authentication uses cryptographic signatures over Platarium message formats. You are responsible for safeguarding private keys and devices. We do not custody user keys and cannot recover lost wallets.
Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, security risk, or legal compliance.
Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Protocol software is also available under open-source licenses on GitHub; those licenses apply to the corresponding repositories.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platarium Network Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services or network. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
